Tradingview.com blank toast notification type popup slides in tries to load and disappears

i turned down shileds, and I saw this Ad slide in from bottom left.

tried to select it and i got this element .itemInnerInner-JUpQSPBo. So, adding www.tradingview.com##.itemInnerInner-JUpQSPBo in custom filters got rid of that ad.
