"Trackers and Ads Blocking" will not remain at "disabled" when browser is closed

Description of the issue: “Trackers and ads blocking” will not remain at “disabled” when browser is closed.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Set “trackers and ads blocking” to “disabled”.
  2. Revert to home page.
  3. Close browser.
    4, Reopen browser.
    ** Actual result: “Trackers and ads blocking” reverts to “standard”.
    Expected result: “Trackers and ads blocking” remains set to “disabled”.

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.14.84

Additional Information: OS is W10

I am also experiencing the same behaviour in 1.14.
But, this issue is fixed in our Beta, which is at 1.16.
If you want, you can download the Beta at https://brave.com/download-beta/ and test that the Shields issues is fixed.
But for now, we appreciate your patience as Brave updates from 1.14 to 1.16.
