I recently opened a support ticket (#311729) but haven’t received an update in over a week. I would like to check if anyone else has experienced the same issue.
I have been an Uphold user for over two years, and recently, my total balance started showing 0 BATs.
However, when I check my balance directly in Uphold, I currently have 3.8 BATs.
The issue has occurred on both my Windows PC and my new Android smartphone. Today, after my Uphold session expired on my personal Mac, the balance also started displaying 0 BATs when I attempted to reconnect.
Has anyone else encountered this issue when trying to reconnect their session? It seems to happen specifically upon reconnection.
The logs were uploaded to the ticket, and I have not ask for an update yet.
