TOR not working on mac m1 Monterey (with certainty)

on PC mac m1(Monterey 12.4) the TOR window does not work, hangs at 5% for a very long time and nothing happens
Version 1.39.123 Chromium: 102.0.5005.115 (Official build), (arm64)
DNS public 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4

Try this.
If using a secure dns server, try ISP dns or google public dns 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
Flush dns, restart Brave.
