Brave's creating a bunch of "chrome_url_fetcher_" folders in C:\Program Files

Description of the issue: I updated Brave recently and now it’s creating all these folders prefixed with “chrome_url_fetcher_” in the Program Files folder. Deleted these folders and restarted Brave a bunch of times (I had to to test another regression from this update), it still creates them. Not a virus, scanned with AVG.
