Titles under dashboard thumbnails will boost usability

When two or more dashboard thumbails reference different URLs within the same Internet domain, the thumbnail icons are identical. So, to know which identical icon links to where, the user has to mouse over the thumbnails. This creates a small time-waste – but one that will build up over time and annoy the user.

As I’ve sketched on the attached PNG file, I’d love (as a user) to be able to create/edit a text-title for each thumbnail. That way I’d know the destination of any thumbnail immediately.

Rather than providing fully editable thumbnail-titles, a simpler option for the Brave developers is to generate these titles automatically – and only once – from the referenced HTML file’s tag. I.e., Brave developers wouldn’t have to add functionality to the settings page; the thumbnail title would be auto-generated and not editable. The downside to this simpler option is that some tags contain poor, confusing, or misleading descriptions of the page’s content.

My platform is as follows:

I’m on Windows 10.
