Tip icons in the GitHub org members UI are busted

Description of the issue:

1. Tip icons don’t load until you switch away.
2. When they do load, the layout’s completely and totally broken.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

1. Navigate to https://github.com/orgs/{ANY_ORG}/people.
2. Switch to a different tab.
3. Switch back to the tab you were in in step 1.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:

1. The icons to actually load some point before switching tabs.
2. The layout to not end up completely broken.

Reproduces how often: 100% of the time.

• Brave: 1.16.72 Chromium: 86.0.4240.183 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• OS: Windows 10

Additional Information:
Timing is irrelevant here aside from the obvious of waiting the page to finish loading.
