@CityguyUSA The reason topics automatically lock after 30 days of inactivity is that things often change with browser updates during that time. If users don’t come back to update or respond to questions, we have to assume either the issue was resolved or the user has moved on from the forum.
Looking at your previous topics, it seems like this has happened before where you failed to respond, provide updates, or mark as resolved:
When topics are left open without responses or updates, it invites confusion and off-topic replies. Closing inactive topics helps focus on issues that are still relevant and ensures we’re addressing active concerns. If a problem is still happening, it’s always possible to open a new topic or request a topic be reopened.
