When Brave Browser responds to a request from Cloudflare, Brave Browser sends information that:
- sometimes, satisfies Cloudflare
- sometimes, does NOT satisfy Cloudflare
If Cloudflare is satisfied, Brave Browser is AUTHORIZED and sent data for the browser to render the website of interest.
If Cloudflare is NOT satisifed, Brave Browser and your computing device identities are BOTH considered “UNAUTHORIZED”, and your browser is notified - then you may see one of:
- ERR_ABORTED 403
- ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
- ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED
OR on some occasions, the browser might get stuck in a redirect loop usually caused by either a) some miscommunication between a website and an Internet browser, or b) some Internet browser setting(s) - and you may see one of:
- ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
- ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
