That said, information that would be useful would be:

  • What OS are you using? (If on iOS, you can’t earn BAT from Rewards. Also can’t earn if you are on unsupported OS like Windows 7 or similar that are end of life support)

  • What version of Brave are you using? (If it’s outdated, you can’t earn. So make sure to check and see which exact version of Brave you’re using)

  • Is your Rewards profile connected to custodial partner, such as Gemini or Uphold? (If not, you can’t earn. https://brave.com/rewards-changes/ )

  • Are you in one of the supported countries listed at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/6539887971469 ?

If you have your Rewards profile connected to a custodial partner, are in a supported country, etc and you haven’t received your payout, then you likely will need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431.
