"There was a problem processing your contribution.", but badge number shows 48 contributions

Hello,

I’m using Brave on MacOS X and I’m not able to claim my contributions but i can see the badge showing that I have 48 contributions to claim. Please see image below:

If press the ‘X’ i can’t notice the number being reduced, so I believe I’m losing claims…

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open the browser.
  2. Click on BAT Rewards Icon/Logo

Expected result:
I should able to claim contributions and get my BAT.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.21.77 Chromium: 89.0.4389.90 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Mac OS X 10.15.7

I already tried to clear browser data.
Using via VPN or not.
