There is a difference when enabling all blocked scripts versus individually enabling all

When visiting a website, for example, and by default I have JavaScript disabled, If I try to enable each script individually, the site won’t work. But if I used the toggle to enable all scripts for the site, it will work. Why is there a difference?

1.The issue can be reproduced by going to with JavaScript disabled by default and then enabling each script individually that was blocked.
2. Observe the login still doesn’t appear.
3. Toggle all Scripts blocked to “off”.
4. Observe the site now functions.
