[THEME] Allow for custom images on Profiles. Your default images are weird and hard to follow on a larger list of profiles.

I’m a consultant so I have multiple profiles for each client - I would love to have their images as the display picture to make it easier to follow.

On `brave://settings/manageProfile` user can select preinstalled avatars for the… profie picture, would be usefull to let users to upload and pick their own images.
