Tested on my Desktop (Windows 11 Pro) using Brave 1.47.171 and wasn’t able to replicate. But when testing on my iPhone (iOS 16.2) using Brave 1.46.2 I was able to see issue as in screenshots below.

Have Fanboy Annoyances List and uBlock Annoyances List active. Block Scripts gets rid of it but also breaks other content.

Didn’t test on Android, but figure you’ll be able to test and figure it out later.
