Description of the issue:
The webapps turn black or simply stop displaying the content every time I minimise them and when I want to use the webapps again the sale turns black. It often happens to me with the WhatsApp webapp, but also with other webapps I have created.
How can this problem be reproduced?
1.Creating whatsapp and other webapps and having them open at the same time
2.Minimising webapps and using the main browser
3.After 10 to 15 minutes and when you want to use a webapp again the window turns black and does not show the content, it does not happen with all webapps, only with some, sometimes it can be whatsapp or another webapp.
Expected result:
Webapps should not turn black every time I want to use them, they should always be shown as they are.

Additional Information:
I use Linux Mint 21.3 and Linux Mint 22.1 on another computer, and on both of them the same thing happens, I have not tested if this happens on other operating systems.

Do you have the Memory Saver feature enabled here? brave://settings/system
Do you also have any recent crashes at brave://crashes
Thanks!
Hello, thank you for replying.
I just checked and I don’t have memory saving enabled.
These are the bugs that appeared to me:
I also have all these extensions active
Do you see this issue if you use a Private Window or New Profile? Thanks for confirming.
Hi, I have created another whatsapp webapp with a new profile and another phone number.
On the left whatsapp with my current profile and on the right with the new profile.
As you can see the same thing happens with a totally clean profile without extensions or anything, all by default.

Can you try disabling hardware acceleration?
I get the same thing using Deezer (music streaming). I’m also on Linux, but Fedora 41 with Gnome desktop. I’ve not tested it in a clean profile etc, just saying that it’s not a unique problem.

I have already deactivated it and I have been testing and unfortunately the problem is still the same.
Replicated in a new Chrome profile, while running in a tab!
It’s been running minimised for about an hour.
I tried again with “Use graphics acceleration” turned off and got the same result.
Hi, just to put on record that my problem has been solved, simply by upgrading to the latest version available ( v1.77.97) and to check that it has been completely solved I installed a version prior to this one and managed to replicate the problem quickly and after that I went back to the latest version and it was impossible to replicate the problem, so it has been completely solved.
Thank you very much for all your help
