Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?

Sounds like you need to do things with Uphold. Make sure you’ve done all your verifications with them, your Profile is 100% completed, and that they aren’t asking you for more information.
