The payment did not arrive in my Uphold wallet for January 2022

Hi, I am a user from Latin America, I have seen the message about the payment problems for the month of January to Uphold wallets. In my case, I have my Uphold account verified and I did not receive the famous CDD (Customer Due Diligence). Now I am afraid of losing last month’s rewards.

How to solve this case? In advance. Thanks

Same issue here…I sent them a message a week ago. No reply…

Have you tried to send a DM to a Mod? I want to try if I send a message and they will listen to me and solve this problem.

Yeah I did that a couple a days ago. But no answer. I had like 3 issues and reached for support everytime but not even once I got a support on my matter. So…this is wrong

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
