Temporarily doesn't load

Description of the issue: It will stop loading everything for up to a minute
How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Relaunching the browser
2. It happens at seemingly random times

Brave Version( check About Brave): version 1.77.97

Additional Information: Brave is the only thing that stops loading. Updating to the newest version doesn’t fix the issue. Reinstalling doesn’t fix the issue. It randomly starts loading things again.

In a Brave Browser New Window, go to the Advanced tab at:

• brave://settings/clearBrowserData

Time range: All time

ENABLE only:

• Cookies and other site data
• Cached images and files

Click Clear data

Exit / Quit everything. Restart the computer.
