Troubleshooting technical issues is much easier when both the user and support agent practice clear communication. Description of the issue:
The browser closes all tubs that were open. This doesn’t always happen, but often.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I leave the tabs open and close the browser
  2. Then I go into it again and it closes all the tabs.

Expected result:
I want the browser to stop closing tabs on its own

Maybe toggle the Close tabs on exit switch:

And after each setting of that switch, do a complete Exit / Quit of the Android device - in order to knock the dust out of the setting? (Is a theory.)

And you flipped the switch a couple times, doing a complete Exit / Quit of Android after each throw of the switch . . . before finally setting the switch to OFF . . . correct?
