Tabs in Tab groups disappearing

Description of the issue: Tab groups with more than seven tabs disappearing
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a tab group with 6 tabs
  2. Wait for a few days (Probably)
  3. Open a seventh tab
  4. Close the group
  5. Reopen the tab group
  6. Notice the newest tab disappears

Expected result: All tabs in tab group are available for ever until deleted manually

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.79.126

Additional information: For now, the only way to solve it seems to be to rearrange the tabs.

I will go ahead and test this but it will take some time. Will let you know what I find out.
