Feature: Automatic tab suspension
Description: Not actually close a tab. Only suspend/freeze the tabs that user has left fallow.
Why?:
- Microsoft Edge already has this feature and some users love it.
- Automatically put idle background tabs to sleep.
- Save resources and reduce RAM usage.
