Description of the issue:
I recently saw a UI hint near the hamburger menu telling me something like “Your tab groups are here”. There was nothing in the menu related to tab groups, so I was a bit confused. Today I opened Chrome and noticed that it has a Tab Groups entry in that menu.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Check the hamburger menu in Brave
- Check the hamburger menu in Chrome
Expected result:
Brave should have the Tab Group menu (or not tell us that it does)

1.75.175 Chromium: 133.0.6943.54 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The Brave screenshot is from a new profile; the tab groups icon was visible in the bookmarks bar
