Tab group icon displaying incorrectly at 125% UI scale in Windows 11

Description of the issue:
The “tab group creation” icon is displaying incorrectly in Windows at 125% system UI scale.
The icon is cropped on the left side, the crop reduces slightly on mouse-over but returns when mouse moves outside the icon.
It’s not a huge issue - just a visual glitch.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Set UI scaling in Windows to 125%
  2. Start browser

This issue is not isolated to a single computer - same thing happens on my Windows laptop.

Expected result:
Icon would be displayed correctly.

Reproduces how often:
Every time the browser is running.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Brave 1.77.95
Windows 11
