Syncing bookmarks between 2 accounts on a single Windows 10 computer

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I have a Windows 10 laptop with 2 user accounts - an Admin one and a Family account
  2. I have Brave set up for the Admin account and lots of bookmarks saved
  3. I can’t figure out how to get the bookmarks to come across from the Admin account to the Family Member account

Expected result:
Bookmarks will sync between the Admin and the Family member account.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.19.86 Chromium: 88.0.4324.96 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
I have already synced bookmarks between the Admin account and an Android phone using Brave.
