Description of the issue:
Sync will not stop replicating my bookmarks. I get duplicate and triplicate bookmarks propagated in seconds between all my different machines no matter how often I clean them up to just a single copy of everything.

Expected result:
Sync needs to be smart enough to turn off the replication process. There should only ever be one copy of a bookmark on any given machine.
