Sync stuck on loading devices

Description of the issue:
I am trying to sync all data from one phone to another, but it is frozen on ‘loading devices’. It has done this for months and I have tried multiple things and nothing fixes it. In the past I synced the phone to a laptop and all that data is there, but it seems like the main device (the phone) has been removed from the sync chain and all new data is not in the chain.

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question: Samsung phone x2, windows laptop

Thank you for reaching us and Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with sync. Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?

You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration

At last, please try to open a new page using private mode or guest mode. Let me know if that works and have a nice day! :wave:
