Sync problem : nowhere to paste code

Very briefly
Trying to sync a table and a mobile.
No problem creating a code to paste into devices.
But on neither of the devices is there anywhere to paste a code I’ve copied from the other.
I can create them but can’t find a space to paste them.

This is the problem:

  1. Select ‘Scan or enter your sync code’.
    I can’ do that.

I can only create new ones.

There is nowhere to enter anything. :frowning:
