Sync issues on Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra 1tb

Hi,

I’m trying to sync Samsung s22 ultra 1tb with Brave, but it’s not working and I keep getting the text in the attached screenshot when using this mobile’s camera to scan the sync chain QR on my original mobile.

Both mobiles (Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra 1tb and the device I’m synching through Samsung Galaxy s9+) have the latest version of Brave.

Please advise on how to fix this.

Hello there @Aliykw please make sure that both devices have the same Brave version and also try deleting your cookies from the app to see if the issue is solved.

  1. In Brave, open the main menu, then Settings --> Privacy. Note: You can also select Menu --> History --> Clear browsing data
  2. Select Clear browsing data

Let me know if that works.
