Description of the issue:
joining a desktop sync chain from android is impossible
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
open brave for android, go to settings>sync, try to find an option to scan a QR code and give up after not finding it

any time you like

1.30.86 Android
Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:
Desktop
Additional Information:
did you try copy paste the sync code instead of scanning…and please make sure that sync everything is turned on
