Sync failure, back to Chrome for now

Description of the issue:
sync failure for bookmarks from desktop to android motoX4, not sure about other imported settings, passwords seem to mostly be there
How can this issue be reproduced?

1.Install Brave desktop win10
2. Importing settings/bookmarks from Chrome during initial setup
3. sync to android phone w/Brave browser.

Expected result:
1000 bookmarks available on desktop/phone. not.

Additional Information:
No way to manually import on phone. Deal breaker, not going to manually recreate all my bookmarks. Life is too short. Email when this works please.

Hi @m3t00,

When was the last time you tried Sync? It can sometimes take a little bit of time to process, especially if you have a large number of bookmark.

It has been linked to my phone for a couple days now. Desktop has bookmarks, phone doesn’t.
What is the path to the bookmarks file on the android app? I could try to import by copying the file over.
