Description of the issue: Sync doesn’t work. It’s grayed out in the menu
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Open Brave
- Open the menu on the top right
- Sync is grayed out and you can’t open it, not even navigating with the url (brave://sync)

I want to sync my desktop with my laptop and mobile (the last two are already synced)
