I use a paid external download manager called 1DM+. Mostly I use it to detect and download videos and also for better download management, file cataloging, site grabbing and finally faster download speeds by multithreading. Some of the popular browsers like Firefox and Vivaldi support this feature to send the downloads to external download manager.
