Stuttering when scrolling

New user here, hi!

Description of the issue:
Websites stutter mainly when scrolling down (only sometimes when scrolling up) and temporarily stutter/freeze when jumping back to previous page. I updated the browser yesterday, and that’s when the problem started.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Launch Brave Browser.
  2. Open any website and scroll down/move to previous page.
  3. Experience stutter.

Expected result:
No stuttering or freezing, smooth scrolling.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 1.60.110, Chromium 119.0.6045.105

Mobile Device details
Motorola moto g73 5G
Android 13 (T1TNS33.14-90-9-2)

I’m glad im not the only one experiencing this. I’m also on a motorola g (g power 2023). It doesn’t always happen, but when it does, I noticed it goes away after a power cycle but it’ll happen again. I managed to get a screen recording of it happening using the gametime feature. Very convenient for reporting bugs
