Stuttering Video on Some Sites

On some sites, e.g., IMDB, when trying to play a video it stutters. This doesn’t happen on other sites like YouTube. I’ve tried re-installing the Browser but the problem persists. Trying to play the same video in the Beta version of Brave works fine. Is this a known bug in the current version?

I’m running Windows 10 and Brave Version 0.64.77 Chromium: 74.0.3729.169

I also have the same problem when watching videos on other sites like twitter or facebook. its kinda annoying
