Stuck on "Payout In Progress" and "you will not be able to receive payment for this cycle"

My balance has been stuck on “Paying in Progress” for a day after linking with uphold. It’s showing about a 1,000 BAT balance.

Under “payout progress” it says:

“At the time we generated the payout report, there were no pending payouts for your account.
You will not be able to receive payment for this cycle.”

This is very confusing. Are there any steps to troubleshoot this?
