Briefly describe your issue: Never received rewards on August 7th. I was never prompted to claim them, my balance just reset to zero. I was told there could be a delay but 2+ weeks seems long.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using? Window 10 Brave Version 1.28.106 Chromium: 92.0.4515.159

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) Yes

What date did you verify your wallet? August 14th

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) Occasionally, not always on.

Are you in a supported region? Yes

Does your device pass the [SafteyNet]?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? Yes

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
