Still seeing ads on duckduckgo search

Description of the issue:
I am seeing ads on duckduckgo search, screen shot attached.
And seems like its microsoft partnered ads when i clicked for info (https://help.duckduckgo.com/company/ads-by-microsoft-on-duckduckgo-private-search/).
