Before going further, please verify if you region is currently supported. There have been some updates recently.
If you region is currently not supported, there is not so much to do at the moment. Keep accumulating until it becomes supported again.
Also, confirm that you still have access to your Gemini account and KYC is complete and up to date.
If all looks good, then I suggest you opening a support ticket.
