I still have no activity on April 2021on my rewards and no estimate of my pending rewards, yet i’ve 68 ads received this month and I still get some.
Can you tell me if this problem is global or if it is a bug and especially if you can solve this issue?

I have the same problem (Brazil region). Getting “new tab” ads but my estimated earnings doesn’t change. The only difference is that those ads don’t count towards the ads received counter. There campaigns active:
hi @Franchess for a start, there’s a new version try upgrading your browser and also you could clear the browser cache with ccleaner or similar tools
@lucasbmeister hi, the ntp ads that your are getting appears in your catalog? – the one where you took that screenshot-- , I think the cache clearing advice could help you too
the ad counter always reset at the first day of the month
if it is showing you 0 pending rewards is probably because the the ad server is failing to confirm the ad views
Hi JohnD, Sure you’re right regarding the bogging of the month, i react before checking, but now it’s like they erased all my April ads.
From 77 i have nothing now.
Is brave a victim of its own success and are they now finding it difficult to manage and distribute BATS?
Especially now that I see campaigns from announcers like lenovo…
@Franchess do you have used vpn? I ask because I vpns can cause communication errors with the ad server

@JohnDproof Yes, the ads in my catalog are the ones I’m getting (mostly ByBit and Gala Games).
Already tried even disabling the rewards and enabling again, without success.
Not using a VPN either.
This is very strange on their part, especially as no one from the staff is responding.I hope we will have an answer in the next few days
I think brave is not paying anymore. I didnt receive any payment since december 2020 upto now and they only give me the reason is they have problem on there end but i think the reason they stop paying is not because of bug or anything, because 5months that they didnt pay and didnt fix anything. The reason is because the value of bat is really goes high thats why they didnt pay.
On my side, i’ve been paid these last months.
It’s only since the begining of the last month, that my issue start.
I tried to reach like all of us the Brave team since in early April, but no answers.
So i waiting but not But not patiently.
