Still did not receive payout from may.

I explained the issue .
The J answers like a bot (Verification for earning and withdrawal is required with one of our custodial partners due to KYC requirements for local regions. )

On my end everything is fine. I have connected my account to UPHOLD. Everything worked fine. Can I get real support, because looks like they don’t have people to look at problem and they are using bot answers
