It’s been day 2 from payment day of ad rewards and still haven’t been paid, is the payment still processing?

In this folder,i have file called (Client.json)
file doesn’t have any of the text mentioned here.
(lastPageClassification and lastUserIdleStopTime)
and for
lastPageClassification there is no value there
how fix it
for not receiving ads try to turn off ads then back on then do not touch your device for about 1 min then move your mouse you should see one

a clear new profile and see are
there are receiving ads
some days not getting ads persist and
i reinstall brave and restarted my pc
now i not have profile 2 and ask
is it safe open a new profiles
in the windows 7
