When I click to view my BAT Rewards statements, they are all blank for every month. How can this be fixed?
@ChiefLeaf this is a remnant from when we had payments arrive directly to our browsers, which was known as vBAT. These never tracked Uphold and similar payments. When linked to a custodial partner, the history is based on what you’ve had arrive at your account.
Honestly, I’m going to tag in @chriscat and @Evan123 on this to ask if there’s any thought of removing it since it does nothing except cause confusion for people. Or if perhaps they are planning on bringing it back to life with on chain payments. Regardless, there should be something done to help reduce confusion.
