Sponsored backround images show up but I dont receive any BAT

Description of the issue:
Theres a sponsored backround image but my BAT dosent go up
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:
BAT go’s up
Reproduces how often
always but it started only a bit ago
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
OS: Windows Brave version: Version 1.20.103
Additional Information:
I tried closing out of brave and relaunching it
and I tried restarting my computer

this some rule that i know about sponosered image

  1. there hour limit i think max is 4 per hour
  2. there daily limit also 20 per day
  3. not all image will reward all user from all country it depend on the advertiser who choose if their ads will be available for which country even if the user still see the image

maybe the third rule apply to your case
