I want you to turn the spelling checker off by default. This setting is collecting data from users. Also, it would be nice to give specific notes to users about settings that collect such data or violate privacy.
I’ve been wondering whether this browser uses Windows Spellcheck or Hunspell, but I can’t find it. Once, it seems you could choose via brave://flags, between Windows OS or a combo of OS/ Hunspell, but this ability is no longer there.
