if i have 100 mbps internet speed and start to play any videos on new websites, the video players of the website starting to play the content in 4k which i dont want, 1080p is still fine… i love 4k and would like to use the internet data to download 4k content rather than using it to streaming them…
so allow me to throttle my connection like how utorrent offers so that websites which i visit will think im in a slow speed connection and will play videos in 720p or 1080p and thus saving Wi-Fi data.
