Description of the issue:
On a number of websites, sort and filter functions do nothing. Case in point for this report is https://www.powerthesaurus.org/
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
Do each set of steps in Brave, then again in Firefox:
- Go to https://www.powerthesaurus.org/
- Enter “sight” in the search box and hit .
- Click on the drop-down list box that says “rating”, top right corner of results list.
- Click on “z-a”.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
In Brave, the list is sorted afterwards just like it was before, and the drop-down list box still says “rating”.
In Firefox, the list is properly resorted and the drop-down list box now says “z-a” as expected.
Expected result:
I expected the resorting to work, just like it did in Firefox.
Reproduces how often:
Always
Brave Version(about:brave):
Version 0.65.121 Chromium: 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
Yes
Additional Information:
This has been a problem on a number of websites, I only realized today that it’s a problem with Brave, not the website.
