Description of the issue:
Some video playback (but not all) seems to be broken when Vulkan is used as the graphics back end. When viewing certain videos (most common one is a YouTube video), all that is shown is a white background even though audio is playing and scrubbing seems to work normally with respect to moving through the video.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Enable Vulkan as the graphics backend via flags.
- Navigate to YouTube and try to watch a video.
Expected result:
The video plays normally and I’m able to see the video content.
