Some Pages Go Blank When Zoomed In

Description of the issue:
On certain pages of some websites such as Github and Wikis, when zooming in on a page the background color will slide upward and blank out the page contents. On pages this happens on where text is very small I have to move to a different browser to avoid this because the pages are unreadable. This is especially frustrating on github, where the code of some files cannot be read for this reason.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the page content below that point will be completely blank. So there’s no scrolling down on long pages that are affected by this bug because if you zoomed in at all it’ll blank out everything very rapidly.

How can this issue be reproduced?
I don’t know what triggers it since it happens on many different sites but it can be easily reproduced by following these steps.

  1. Navigate to https://runescape.wiki/w/Special:RecentChanges and display it in desktop mode if you aren’t already.
  2. Let it load. When it’s done, at the top of the list you’ll see “live updates”. Press it to turn it on.
  3. Zoom in.

Expected result:
I should be able to zoom in without a web page blanking itself out. This is only one example and I have more examples of it happening on other sites.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
