Some Facebook pages display frames incorrectly

Description of the issue:

When navigating to some Facebook group comment pages by clicking on a link in the notifications panel, the center frame with the post, comments, and replies is partly covered by the left-side frame with the group information, making it impossible to read or respond to comments. The frames display correctly when navigating to the group directly and scrolling down (sometimes a very long way) to the post in question. This behavior does not occur on the exact same pages using Chrome or Firefox.

Exact URL of the website in question:

This happens on some but not all links in some but not all groups and I have not built a correlation table. I can provide a screen shot of the issue along with the same shot on Chrome.
