Some bookmark folders in bookmark mgr do not appear in the bookmark bar in the browser

Description of the issue:
Some bookmark folders in bookmark mgr do not appear in the bookmark bar in the browser
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Add a new bookmark folder in bookmark mgr
  2. Open new tab and click the the bookmark folder icon where the new bookmark folder was created.
  3. It does not appear!

same issue, the bookmarks are not being shown below the address bar or search bar, before it was showing below itself.
